I am a seventy-two year old grandmother. I still go out to work four days a week - quite hard, physical work but I think "use it or lose it" applies when you are older, so keep those muscles working folks. Solitaire and other games keep the little grey cells going too. September 2014 - Off tomorrow to the Peak District for a trek whilst weather is holding out. November 2014 - Sitting by the log fire doing Solitaire Craving - blissful! May 2015 - fell in the shed, of all places, and broke my hip.
